Deb, I am breathing more deeply.

Sherri, you are so welcome. I was feeling tired, and that is not the way my creative endeavours should make me feel. So, I decided to rethink how I am doing things. Feeling overwhelmed by all I want to do, and even burdened by having too much on my plate, is not living the artful life. I felt fabulous after writing this, like I had somehow dissolved some inner boundaries.

Oh, his work is wonderful…”Bloom” takes my breath away. Stunning!! I am also fascinated by crows; there’s a darkness about them, yet they’re mesmerizing creatures.

According to my college Botany professor “weeds are just plants on an adventure.” And yes,often they are lovely and as you’ve proven here, inspiration for works of heart.

I’m so glad you found the same awesome inspiration in Craig Kosak’s work that I found. His paitings, whether they are of crows, bison, wolves or horses, speak of both ancient and modern connections to the world of spirit and the physical world around us. I have set myself the goal of owning one of his works but until then just the priviledge of viewing his paintings will have to do!

This man’s art has stopped me in my tracks. Thank you for introducing me to this work! Oddly enough I am currently working on a series of crow paintings and can now see why i am so drawn to this creature. This has provided me with incredible inspiration.

Crows are not for everyone. I finished a painting last week and showed it to my mother who said “But crows are not that colour!” And that’s that!

it’s been too long since I stopped by for a dose of inspiration – and here it is. What is it about crows/ravens that so draws us? At any rate I’ll add a hardy “met too” to the list of admirers of those big shiney black noisey unafraid (unless being chased by a mockingbird) birds. And the art here is *awesome!* thanks for that too!
