Sometimes Love Hurts, Again!

I made a Cracked Paper Quilt version of Sometimes Love Hurts, and mounted it on a wooden panel. You end up with a nicely padded wood panel, which has lots of texture from the stitching.

It is 10″ by 8,” and quite tactile, because the thread lines are all raised.

I love this, Carol! But then I love everything you do! Where are the cracks? They don’t show in the photo. I’m loving my Durabrite inks! Whoo Hoo, the muse is doing her happy dance!

Stunning! from the angle of the photo, it looks seamless. Was it easy to wrap around? It looks like it’s just applied to the top and the sides and edges are painted to complement it.

Wow Carol, this is beautiful! Gorgeous colour and texture!
